Ken Eslick is a father of two, grandfather of
three and has been married for 35 years. He is the owner of The
Leaders Lab, a company and podcast focused on leadership
development. He is a veteran of the US Army, having served in
Berlin, Germany, and has a wealth of experience in leadership and
corporate America.
Ken Eslick grew up in an unstable
household and in order to survive, he had to become independent at
a young age. He joined the military and there he had to develop
resilience and self-reflection in order to maintain his drinking
habits while still being able to perform physically. Despite his
childhood trauma, Ken was able to draw on the good parts of his
upbringing and use his experiences to build a successful business
and life. He now has a deeper understanding of the importance of
resilience and self-reflection.
